18871 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to Replies 17371 and 17202 (2026), has NZTA undertaken any broader review of the role of administrative error in the processing of overseas licence conversions; and if not, why not, after an administrative error was identified as both the cause of 37 incorrect licence class conversions and the cause of at least one fraudulent conversion being processed after the vulnerability was stated to have been closed?
