Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What summary, quantitative analysis, or thematic analysis of submissions on the Proposals to Strengthen Total Mobility discussion document, if any, has the Minister of Transport received, and what breakdown has he been provided of submitters by type, including individuals, organisations, regional councils, and disabled people's organisations, listed by date, title, and author?

Hon Chris Bishop: I received a high-level summary of the public consultation process and themes after it closed, as part of my Transport Portfolio Weekly Report from the Ministry of Transport in the week commencing 24 March 2026. Following detailed submissions analysis, officials are currently preparing advice for myself and the Minister of Disability Issues to consider, which will include more detail on the submissions. I have not received any documents from NZTA.
