18859 (2026). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Education: Is the Ministry of Education currently reviewing the Hostel Regulations 2005; if so, which schools, if any, have been visited as part of the review?

Hon Erica Stanford: Yes. The Ministry of Education has visited seven boarding schools and a residential specialist school; Sailsbury school, Epsom Girls Grammar school, Mount Albert Grammar school, Kings College, Dilworth school, Palmerston Boys High School, Fielding High School and Sacred Heart College (Auckland).
