Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Is it correct that "ACT is driving the replacement of the RMA" as stated by Simon Court on Facebook on 4 May, and if so, would the Natural Environment Bill and the Planning Bill look different if ACT was not “driving the replacement of the RMA”, and if so, how?
