18756 (2026). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Justice: In response to Reply 17031 (2026), what happened to the 131 seized vehicles that had not been sold at auction during that period?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I can advise the Member that the remaining 131 seized vehicles were either returned to their owners following payment of outstanding fines or released following a successful ownership claim. Therefore, not all seized property results in being sold at auction.
