18746 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: What was the total value of the sales of state homes sold between 1 July 2025 and 31 March 2026 and how much, if any, of those funds were retained by Kāinga Ora after fees and other sales costs were paid?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that the total gross proceeds from state house sales in the period 1 July 2025 to 31 March 2026 was $337,497,037. After sales costs are deducted, the net proceeds for the same period were $327,792,892.
