18742 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How much, if anything, did Kāinga Ora spend acquiring new homes from developers between 1 July 2025 and 31 March 2026 and how many homes were purchased?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it acquired 359 homes for $295.6 million from the market between 1 July 2025 and 31 March 2026.
