18740 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How much, if anything, did Kāinga Ora spend on new homes delivered through redevelopment between 1 July 2025 and 31 March 2026 and how many homes, if any, were completed over that period?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that 277 homes were delivered through redevelopment, for $201.4 million between 1 July 2025 and 31 March 2026.
