18739 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How much, if anything, did Kāinga Ora spend on retrofitting homes returned to service between 1 July 2025 and 31 March 2026 and how many homes, if any, were returned to service from its retrofit programme over that period?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it spend $72.6 million on retrofitting 336 homes between 1 July 2025 and 31 March 2026.
