18718 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to Reply 17205 (2026), was the decision not to reference the February 2025 detection of potential fraud in the November 2025 media statement documented in writing, whether by way of a formal decision record, email, briefing note, or any other written form; and if so, will the Minister release that documentation?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that no documentation exists, as the February 2025 date was not considered for reference on the basis that fraud had not been confirmed at that time.
