18713 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to Replies 13163 and 17212 (2026), did NZTA at any point between the formal notification of NZ Police on 1 August 2025 and the advice to the NZ Police Road Safety Intelligence Team on 18 November 2025 provide NZ Police with the identities, licence classes, or endorsements held by the individuals within the affected cohort; and if not, why not?

Hon Chris Bishop: No, it did not. The reason was outlined in my reply to Written Question 17212 (2026).
