18712 (2025). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Finance: Does Treasury expect the forecast global inflation bump to be temporary or persistent?

Hon Nicola Willis: The Treasury will release latest inflation assumptions in the Budget Economic Fiscal Update 2025 (BEFU 2025) on 22 May 2025. I am unable to disclose forecast assumptions ahead of publication.
