Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to Replies 5302, 8825, and 13376 (2026), how does the Minister reconcile the confirmation in Reply 13376 that 37 overseas licences were converted to an incorrect class due to administrative error rather than fraud with the repeated assertion in Replies 5302 and 8825 that no issues were found in the conversion of these licences that related to the duties and processes of NZTA staff?
