Hon Chris Bishop: On 9 December 2025, Under-Secretary Court and I wrote to a number of organisations and entities about the introduction of the Planning Bill and the Natural Environment Bill. I refer the Member to the attached list of the groups that received letters from Under-Secretary Court and me. The Ministry for the Environment also wrote to a number of organisations and entities on 9 December 2025 about the introduction of the Bills.
