18547 (2026). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: What role, if any, does Best Care Whakapai Hauora have in the implementation of the second Oranga Tamariki Military-Style Academy?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised that Best Care (Whakapai Hauora) Charitable Trust is an iwi provider involved in delivery of components of the residential programme, including noho marae, cultural elements, art and kaumatua connect sessions.
