Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister of Internal Affairs: What organisations or individuals other than the Department of Internal Affairs, if any, have provided her or her office with advice on changes to the structure of lottery distribution committees, and on what dates was this advice received?

Hon Brooke van Velden: As the Minister of Internal Affairs, I shared my intention to change the structure of lottery distribution committees with the Lottery Grants Board and invited its feedback on 28 January 2026 and 29 April 2026. I also met with Hon Louise Upston to share this intention on 17 February 2026 and 23 April 2026.
