Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: Corrected reply: As Prime Minister, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters. In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I received the following documents from
7-11 April 2025 from my officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC):
• King’s Birthday 2025 Honours List: informal approval of list, 8 April 2025
• Vote Prime Minister and Cabinet Estimates, 10 April 2025
• Prime Minister’s weekly brief, 10 April 2025
• Planning for eventual demise of the Crown, 10 April 2025
• Audiences with the King and the Princess Royal, 10 April 2025
• Additional Delegated Responsibility of the Associate Minister of Immigration (Hon Casey Costello), 11 April 2025.
I also received five documents in the specified timeframe however, it is not in the public interest to release the titles of these documents.
I have received briefings from the Policy Advisory Group, a business unit of DPMC, during the requested timeframe however I am not releasing the titles of these briefings.
Furthermore, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from my officials in DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
