18422 (2025). Hon Damien O'Connor to the Minister of State for Trade and Investment: What aides-mémoire, briefings, memos, notes, reports, or any other advice, if any, has the Minister or their Office received during the week beginning 7 April 2025, listed by agency, title and date received?

Hon Nicola Grigg: In my capacity as the Minister of State for Trade and Investment, I received the following document from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade during the week beginning 7 April 2025: - Bilateral Treaty Waiver: Exchange of Notes Amending the Product Specific Rules set out in Annex 3-A of the Free Trade Agreement between the Republic of Korea and New Zealand. It is not in the public interest to release a further three titles received during this period to avoid prejudicing international relations, maintain confidentiality of advice tendered by Ministers and officials and avoid prejudice to commercial activities.
