18405 (2025). Hūhana Lyndon to the Minister of Health: What feedback, if any, has Māori Health Associations gave on the proposals in Putting Patients First: Modernising health workforce regulation?

Hon Simeon Brown: Our Government is currently reviewing New Zealand’s health workforce legislation to ensure the focus is on putting patients first, and to enable frontline workers to get on with their jobs and become more responsive to patient needs. As the Member will be aware, this matter is under active consideration.
