18384 (2025). Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: Regarding s99(1A) of the CCCFA, why was MBIE "not able to consult on the proposed solution"?

Hon Scott Simpson: I am moving these changes at pace as part of a package of reforms to the financial services sector with the intention of enacting these later this year. I encourage those with a view to make a submission to the select committee when it considers the Bill.
