18379 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Vocational Education: Why was the last proactively released OIA for the Tertiary Education Commission from 2021 and are there plans to proactively release OIA requests going forward?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised that the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) stopped publishing their OIA responses in 2021, due to reprioritising of workload post Covid-19. I have been advised that the TEC are currently reviewing their process and intend to recommend publishing OIA’s on their website.
