Hon Paul Goldsmith: The roles proposed for disestablishment are as follows: 2 x Senior Duty Lawyer Supervisors – J10 ($148,972 - $192,782) 2 x Junior Lawyers (Appeals) – PDS2 ($66,015 - $84,498) 11 x Legal Secretary Leads – J04 ($66,066 – $84,567) 5 x Legal Secretaries – J03 ($59,729 - $76,043) 6 further roles which, were the job titles disclosed, would allow staff to be individually identified. The bands of these roles sit in the range of J02-J11 ($55,343 – $227,440) and PDS7 ($140,877 - $182,402).
