18239 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Education: How many lunches, if any, that were meant to serve specific dietary or religious needs did not meet those needs during the week of April 7th 2025?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that, in the week of 7 April 2025, the Ministry of Education is aware of three schools that reported a lack of label or mislabelling of a special diet meal and two schools that reported special dietary meals under-supplied. Corrective action has been taken by the supplier. The Ministry does not hold the information on the total number of meals this relates to.
