Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Finance: What consultations did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, open on the week beginning 7 April with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and how many roles were affected?

Hon Nicola Willis: For Treasury - None. RBNZ opened consultation on a proposed restructure with impacted employees on 9 April 2025. The consultation closed on 15 April 2025. The consultation covered Tier 2 leadership positions and executive support roles, with 15 positions proposed to be affected.
