Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Does the pipeline assessment spreadsheet published by Kāinga Ora on 19 June 2025 represent the complete and exhaustive list of all Kāinga Ora social housing projects cancelled or not proceeding since 27 November 2023; if not, how many additional projects were cancelled, paused, or discontinued prior and since the June 2025 pipeline assessment, broken down by territorial local authority and number of planned homes?
