Tangi Utikere to the Associate Minister of Transport: Has Starboard Maritime Intelligence secured any replacement investor following the exit of venture capital firm Soul Capital from its investment in the company in 2025; if so, is the Minister aware of the identity and country of domicile of the replacement investor or investors?

Hon James Meager: I am advised that Starboard Maritime Intelligence secured new investment in August 2025.
