Hon James Meager: There are detailed clauses in the contract that relate to use of agency data and confidentiality, which limits Starboard’s use, access, transmission only to extent necessary to provide the Services to the relevant participating agencies. Restrictions include: • Agency data is only accessed by personnel who need to have access to it to carry out their roles in the performance of Starboard’s obligations under the agreement. • Starboard will use the agency data only for the purpose of the agreement and not for any other purpose. • Starboard will not disclose the agency data to any third party, except for in limited specified circumstances (all of which are standard). Disclosure is still subject to any obligation in the agreement that relates to agency data.
