18052 (2026). Georgie Dansey to the Minister for Regulation: At what point in the Fuel Response Plan's phase escalation would there no longer be sufficient time to run a public consultation on regulatory scenarios to respond to the fuel supply situation; and has he satisfied himself that the current timeline is consistent with the pace at which global fuel supply conditions are changing?
Hon David Seymour: Timing is informed by the speed and progression of global events, rather than by any discrete phase of the fuel plan. I am satisfied the current timeline is consistent with the pace of global developments.
