Benjamin Doyle to the Minister of Health: On what date, if any, did the Minister and the Chief Executives of the agencies they are responsible for, if any, ensure that all staff involved in the development of government regulatory proposals are familiar with the contents of Cabinet Office Circular CO (24) 7 - Impact Analysis Requirements, if at all?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that the Ministry for Regulation held a presentation on the change in impact analysis requirements for policy leads working across Government, and the Circular was circulated to policy staff that are focused on delivering access to timely, quality healthcare for all New Zealanders.
