Camilla Belich to the Minister for the Public Service and Digitising Government: Has the Auditor-General indicated whether he intends to carry out any further work following receipt of the findings of the independent review by Jane Meares into the Public Service Commission's use of paid Facebook advertising during the October 2025 public sector strikes?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I refer the member to the Auditor-General’s letter of 1 December 2025 which states “We will consider the outcome of the review and, if necessary, carry out further work at that stage”. I am advised that the Auditor-General has not yet received a copy of the final report, as it has not yet been completed.
