Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Will the Government increase the road maintenance funding allocation to territorial authorities through the National Land Transport Fund to cover additional pavement damage, if any, caused by heavier vehicles permitted under the proposed changes; if not, which road controlling authorities will bear those costs?
