Benjamin Doyle to the Minister for Vocational Education: On what date, if any, did the Minister and the Chief Executives of the agencies they are responsible for, if any, ensure that all staff involved in the development of government regulatory proposals are familiar with the contents of Cabinet Office Circular CO (24) 7 - Impact Analysis Requirements, if at all?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised relevant Tertiary Education Commission employees received the circular on 13 January 2025 and are aware of the contents. I would like to advise the member that education related policy development is the responsibility of the Ministry of Education.
