Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Regulation: Has a Regulatory Impact Statement been prepared, or is one being prepared, for the proposed changes to Vehicle Dimensions and Mass weight limits, over-dimension route and time restrictions, and EV licence-class thresholds announced as part of the Government's fuel-saving measures; if not, why not?
