Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Disability Issues: What consultations did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, open on the week beginning 7 April with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and when are the consultations due to close?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that the Ministry of Disabled People – Whaikaha did not open any consultations with employees on the week beginning 7 April 2025, with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions.
