17966 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Regulation: Does he consider that regulatory barriers identified by Transporting New Zealand in its 24 March 2026 letter to NZ Transport Agency, including weight limits, over-dimension route restrictions, and EV licence-class thresholds, are examples of regulations that should have been reformed as part of the Government's broader regulatory reduction programme before a fuel crisis made them urgent?
