17963 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Regulation: Will any of the proposed heavy vehicle regulatory changes be made under urgency provisions that bypass standard consultation and regulatory impact analysis requirements, if so, under what authority and for what duration?

Hon David Seymour: Analysis is ongoing, and the proposals are continuing to be subject to rigorous analysis, with Ministers receiving advice based on that analysis.
