Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it provides structured support to employees during restructuring processes through a variety of providers. Employees are also provided with information and guidance on financial support and redundancy related assistance. All employees affected by change are offered outplacement (career transition) support. Information about available support is provided to employees through consultation materials and is accessible via Atamai (the Kāinga Ora intranet) and through the People and Assurance Team.
