Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that it has confirmed the launch and implementation of the Perform and Grow framework were delivered within existing baseline funding. The framework design, along with the supporting learning resources and toolkits, was developed internally. The Perform and Grow framework provides a clear foundation for employee performance by setting defined expectations for each role. It also supports capability development through ongoing feedback, continuous learning, and regular conversations, enabling employees to deliver effectively and grow in their roles.
