17944 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many, if any, Kāinga Ora houses have been delivered in 2025/26 using traditional development methods and what is the average cost of those houses?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities advises me that no houses were delivered solely using traditional development methods from 1 July 2025 to 31 March 2026. All redevelopment houses delivered to date in the 2025/26 financial year have been completed using the Housing Delivery System.
