Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Finance: Further to her reply to Written Parliamentary Question 54458 (2025), in which she states she first sought advice from Treasury regarding the IAF variation on 18 March 2025, and further to Hon Chris Bishop's reply to Written Parliamentary Question 8536 (2026), in which he states he signed the variation on 17 March 2025, was she aware when she sought Treasury advice that the Minister of Housing had already signed the variation the previous day, and if so, what purpose did seeking Treasury advice serve after the variation had already been approved by a co-signatory?
