Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Prime Minister: Further to his reply to Written Parliamentary Question 54626 (2025), in which he states that Hon Chris Bishop did not make a specific request to the Cabinet Office for conflict-of-interest advice relating to the City Link bridge decision, does he consider that the Cabinet Office advice given to Hon Bishop about the Melling Interchange, referenced in that same reply, extended to cover decisions about transferring Infrastructure Acceleration Fund money to the City Link Bridge, and if not, why was no separate advice sought?
