Benjamin Doyle to the Minister for Disability Issues: On what date, if any, did the Minister and the Chief Executives of the agencies they are responsible for, if any, ensure that all staff involved in the development of government regulatory proposals are familiar with the contents of Cabinet Office Circular CO (24) 7 - Impact Analysis Requirements, if at all?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that the Cabinet Office was circulated internally within the Ministry of Disabled People – Whaikaha on 16 December 2024.
