17883 (2026). Hon Dr Megan Woods to the Minister for Energy: Has he, or his predecessor, issued drafting instructions to the Parliamentary Counsel to amend the Electricity Industry Act 2010, and if so has this bill been introduced to the house?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that drafting instructions have been issued to the Parliamentary Counsel Office to amend the Electricity Industry Act 2010. The Bill has not been introduced to the House.
