Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that HealthCERT is unable to provide proportions of corrective actions completed on time, completed late, or outstanding over the past three years, as it only reports on corrective actions arising from the most recent audit. This approach ensures that oversight reflects current risks and the provider’s most up‑to‑date compliance with Ngā Paerewa Health and Disability Services Standard.
