17866 (2025). Benjamin Doyle to the Minister for Social Investment: On what date, if any, did the Minister and the Chief Executives of the agencies they are responsible for, if any, ensure that all staff involved in the development of government regulatory proposals are familiar with the contents of Cabinet Office Circular CO (24) 7 - Impact Analysis Requirements, if at all?

Hon Nicola Willis: As written question 15201 (2025) refers, on 14 February 2025, the Minister for Regulation shared a letter outlining the Circular Co (24) 7 Impact Analysis Requirements. On 24 February 2025, the Chief Executive of the Ministry for Regulation also shared a similar letter with Chief Executives. I have been advised that the Social Investment Agency ensures its staff are familiar with the information contained in the Cabinet Circulars.
