17805 (2025). Benjamin Doyle to the Minister of Police: On what date, if any, did the Minister and the Chief Executives of the agencies they are responsible for, if any, ensure that all staff involved in the development of government regulatory proposals are familiar with the contents of Cabinet Office Circular CO (24) 7 - Impact Analysis Requirements, if at all?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that all staff within Police’s Policy group were informed of the contents of CO (24) – 7 on 17 December 2024. In regard to the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), the SFO was notified via its Private Secretary that a new circular had been published on 16 December 2024. The relevant staff were made aware of and became familiar with the content of the circular on the same date.
