Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Internal Affairs: What consultations did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, open on the week beginning 7 April with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and when are the consultations due to close?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised by the Department of Internal Affairs, Fire and Emergency New Zealand, and the Office of Film and Literature Classification that there were no consultations opened around changes to jobs, employee numbers or any other employment conditions for the week of 7 April 2025. I am advised by the New Zealand Lotteries Commission that it opened one consultation with one department in the week beginning 7 April 2025. Completion of this is scheduled for 24 April 2025.
