Benjamin Doyle to the Minister for Land Information: On what date, if any, did the Minister and the Chief Executives of the agencies they are responsible for, if any, ensure that all staff involved in the development of government regulatory proposals are familiar with the contents of Cabinet Office Circular CO (24) 7 - Impact Analysis Requirements, if at all?

Hon Chris Penk: I have been advised that Land Information New Zealand first received Cabinet Office Circular CO (24) 7 - Impact Analysis Requirements on 16 December 2024 from the Cabinet Office. The circular was subsequently shared with the staff involved in the development of government regulatory proposals on that date.
