Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: What reports, briefings, emails, memos, aides-memoire, notes or written advice, if any, has the Minister received from Te Puni Kōkiri regarding the requirement to give effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi under section 6 and 9 of the Education and Training Act with the changes to section 127 in Education and Training Amendment Bill (No2) or the Education and Training Amendment Act 2025?
