17675 (2026). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Which public hospitals currently hold the highest number of “Partially Attained” or “Not Attained” findings against any infection prevention and control criteria at their most recent certification audit?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that at the most recent certification audits, the highest number of 'partially attained' findings against infection prevention and control criteria were recorded at: • Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Tairāwhiti • Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Te Tai o Poutini West Coast • Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Waitaha Canterbury • Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Waikato.
